Tyst Trädgård has an improve and innovative concept of Scandinavian spa where we will guide you through a path of 2 private hydrotherapy stations of half an hour each or 4 stations for a total of 2 hour.

In only 60 minutes, you will feel the benefits of the cold and hot temperature treatment with the explanations of our guide.

The Tyst Trädgård concept offers you a special moment where you can relax your muscles starting in a spa station following by a traditional Finnish sauna to clear your mind and soul.
